Your meat rocks. I gave up eating meat until I found Tony's and now I still go without meat if I can't get Tony's meat. Only my 3 dogs are sad, they always got nearly all but one bite of my meat portion before Tony's but now I struggle to leave them even one bite each--and this was even before pink slime. Your meats are like what I grew up eating in the 1950's and early 60's, meat as it should taste! So glad you do what you do, Marcy

I am a college student currently enrolled in a community college in Louisiana. I stumbled upon this webpage while doing research for a speech presentation on "Keeping it Local: Support Local Farming." By far, this is the best website that simply, clearly, and truthfully explains what REAL LOCAL FARMING IS ALL ABOUT. I have never visited Denver, CO yet, but when I do... I know where I am going to get a healthy, juicy, fresh slice of meat. :D

every time I read another news article about "pink slime" or another 5-million pound ground beef recall, I am so thankful that we have a great place like Tony's Market to buy our meats and fish from!

We had some great burgers last night (just Tony's ground chuck and salt and pepper) and they were so delicious (one of those, "now this is what a burger should taste like!" moments).

Also, my 2 daughters (6 and 9) both love all kinds of fish, in large part due to the fact that we can buy such great fresh fish from you (I don't do supermarket fish, ever). I'm convinced that most people who say they don't like fish have just had bad "fishy" smelling supermarket fish and think that's what it's supposed to be like!

Reading this post makes me feel like I've got really good taste. First of all, I love your dumplings and buy them all the time. Also I've prepared and blogged about those wonderful balsamico mushrooms. A huge hit at my party last year. And I've purchased that Urbani truffle sauce and made that bruschetta. There are some great domestic oils! We've tried time and again to sell them, but with no luck and it ended up going out of date and was a loss. Our best guess is a combination of higher price of most domestic oils and consumers being used to imported oils

I just attended an olive oil tasting the other night and it's fun to see just how different different oils can taste. I was impressed with some from California and have to admit, I'm not sure I expected that.

A man and a blog post after my own heart...though I more often eat Brinner (breakfast for dinner) I can think of plenty of times I've had, um, just can't quite get Dreakfast to roll off my tongue quite the same!
